The Chesapeake Regional Tech Council (CRTC), a non-profit organization dedicated to the area’s technology industry, has appointed a number of new board directors and officers. Kevin Lancaster, principal of The Winvale Group, will serve as president. Finley Foster, executive vice president and general manager, Business Development of AMERICAN SYSTEMS, will serve as the Council’s vice president. John Elstner, the Council’s treasurer , serves as principal of Venture Point Partners and Dan Buan, the Council’s secretary, serves as president/CEO and founder of Buan Consulting. Steve Kolbe, president of ANALYSYS, Brian Sailer, senior vice president at Dutko Worldwide and managing director of Dutko Global Risk Management and Jason Silva, chief operating officer and co-founder the Sidus Data are the Council's newly elected directors.
